We only receive compensation after we successfully identify and place a candidate with your company, and that individual begins his/her employment.

Performed at our lowest fee, this search option ensures that we focus on your company's hiring needs by being the only search firm you involve for 45 days. As a result, our recruiting efforts are high energy.

Search
A retained search assignment is our highest priority, enabling us to focus our expertise on identifying the most qualified candidates for your needs. We offer a one-year replacement guarantee under this arrangement.
